Quantum lets 3,800 m² in Limespark in Sulzbach near Frankfurt

The flexible usage concept of the Limespark in Sulzbach (Taunus) is well received by the market. In the course of modernization measures, Quantum had expanded the possibilities of use of the priority light industrial property to include practice and office space and created a modern campus atmosphere in the immediate vicinity of the international airport and not far from Frankfurt city center. The flexible combination options of the light industrial areas on the ground floor with the modern offices on the upper floor are worth mentioning. The success speaks for itself: Quantum was already able to attract four new tenants last year. Now more are following. This means that around 90 percent is rented.

The German Service Company for Financial Service Providers (DSGF) will move into the MY CUBE as a single tenant on approx. 2,300 m² of service and office space. FITSEVENELEVEN will enrich the Limespark with a new Pink Label fitness club on over 700 m². Both move-ins are planned for the second quarter of 2025. In addition, further space was successfully leased to a management company, a construction company and individual office users.
